We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to update product information where necessary.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled order.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where applicable, provide a refund for the unavailable product.

7. International Orders

Customers purchasing from outside the Netherlands or the European Union may be responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the products they order may legally be imported into their country.

Nothing in these Terms of Service limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable in the customer's country.

8. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

However, once an order has entered the fulfilment or shipping process, cancellation may no longer be possible.
