Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day of purchase, excluding weekends and public holidays. During peak periods processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping rates and delivery times

The exact shipping cost for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay.

European Union covers Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

Rest of world currently covers the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and start from the day your order is dispatched, not the day you place it. Weather, customs clearance and carrier delays can affect delivery and are outside our control.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped within the European Union include VAT and are not subject to additional import charges.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, the destination country may apply import duties, taxes or clearance fees. These charges are set by the local authorities, are not controlled by us, and are the responsibility of the customer. Refusing to pay them may result in your order being returned or disposed of without a refund. SIGHTSS does not cover or reimburse such charges.

Change of address

We prepare orders for shipping quickly, sometimes within a few hours, so we cannot always guarantee that a change of address is possible. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at support@sightss.com and we will help if your order has not yet left our warehouse.

Lost or delayed orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, email support@sightss.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
